Rajasthan has 48 medical colleges participating in NEET-UG counselling — 33 government, 15 private. Together they offer 7,280 MBBS seats across state quota and All India Quota rounds.
These colleges are in 32 cities. Jaipur has the most with 7, followed by Udaipur (6), Jodhpur (3), Sriganganagar (2), Alwar (2).
The average intake per college is 152 seats. Arya Medical College and Hospital has the largest intake at 250 seats with a 894-bed teaching hospital; Government Medical College has the smallest at 50. Combined hospital bed capacity across all colleges is 34,102, averaging 710 per institution.
Government colleges account for 4,180 seats (57% of total) while private and deemed institutions contribute 3,100.
