What neet2seat is

neet2seat is a data platform that helps NEET-UG aspirants make informed decisions during medical college counselling in Maharashtra and Karnataka. We provide cutoff analysis, college information, a college predictor, and a choice-filling optimizer built on official allotment data.

neet2seat is not a counselling service, coaching institute, or government body. We do not guarantee admission to any college. All tools and analysis are informational and should be used alongside official counselling authority guidance from CET Cell (Maharashtra) and KEA (Karnataka).

Data sources

Cutoff and allotment data comes from publicly published documents by CET Cell (Maharashtra) and KEA (Karnataka). College information (faculty, hospital, hostel, fees) comes from the National Medical Commission (NMC) public website. We process, structure, and analyze this data, but do not originate it.

While we take care to ensure accuracy, government data can contain errors, and our processing may introduce discrepancies. Always verify critical decisions against official sources. neet2seat provides no warranty on data completeness or accuracy.

Accounts

Browsing college data and cutoff analysis is available without an account. The college predictor and choice-filling optimizer require a free account so we can store your NEET rank, category, and state to provide personalized results.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to extract data in bulk from neet2seat
• Redistribute, resell, or republish neet2seat's data analysis or processed datasets
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the prediction or optimizer algorithms
• Create fake accounts or misuse the platform in a way that degrades service for others

Programmatic access beyond normal browser use will be rate-limited and may result in IP blocks.

Intellectual property

The underlying government data (allotment lists, NMC records) is public information. neet2seat's analysis, presentation, algorithms, trend calculations, and content are our original work and are protected by copyright.

Limitation of liability

neet2seat is provided free of charge, as-is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on our data or tools. Medical college admission decisions carry significant personal and financial consequences; use neet2seat as one input among many, not as your sole guide.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms as neet2seat evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
