AP NEET UG 2026 counselling: keep these 22 documents ready before applications open
Dr NTR University of Health Sciences has published the provisional list of documents for MBBS and BDS admission under the Competent Authority (Convener) quota, ahead of online applications opening. Candidates should scan their originals in advance, mostly as PDFs of up to 500 KB each.
Mandatory documents:
- NEET UG 2026 score card
- Birth certificate (SSC / 10th class marks memo)
- Qualifying exam certificate (Intermediate / 10+2 marks memo)
- Study certificates from Class 6 to Class 12
Others, where applicable: transfer certificate; community certificate (integrated, issued online by the MRO, with only BC-A to BC-E accepted for BC and SC sub-group matching G.O.Ms.No.7); minority certificate; EWS income and asset certificate valid for FY 2025-26; parental income certificate or white ration card; PwBD proof (valid UDID card plus a self-certified affidavit); NCC certificate; CAP certificate for children of armed forces personnel; sports and games certificate with the applicable Forms 1 to 4; police martyr children, Anglo-Indian, and Bharat Scouts and Guides certificates; local-status proof for the 15 per cent unreserved seats; Aadhaar card; and a recent passport photo and specimen signature.
The university warns that creating, submitting, or circulating a forged document is a cognizable offence under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Read the prospectus and regulations carefully once they are published.
